Position Summary
Reports to the General Manager of EDDS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures that the platform is being configured and utilized correctly to its full potential and provide suggestions where improvements needed
• Responsible for providing support within the functional areas of data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports in SFDC
• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules
• Support end users on the salesforce.com application
• Support new enhancements including custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns
• Assist with customization of Salesforce to fit the company's changing business needs
• Assist with help desk queue for end-user SFDC questions
• Troubleshoot SFDC issues that occur
• SFDC Power User (customization and liaison with Salesforce)
• Sales analysis, reporting and data analysis
• SFDC end-user training
• Administers Concur’s Travel and Expense program
• Serves as the primary point of contact for expense report, and travel and P-card processes
• Works closely with employees and administrative staff to address concerns and troubleshoot issues in order to improve booking compliance and drive overall process adoption
• Ensures users are properly trained in the use of Concur system
• Assists executive team with processing travel bookings and expense report filing

Education and/or experience
• 4 year degree or higher required in related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with concur and salesforce.com
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information
• Good understanding of the sales cycle and budgeting process
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels in the organization

Travel Requirements
The position will be located at the SPI Pharma corporate headquarters in Wilmington, DE.
• Limited travel required
